The Goal

Three businesses, one big blind spot.

Morelly is a multi-vertical business with three distinct service offerings. They know their market well, but by the time Growth Machine came on board, the systems, brand, and customer experience hadn't kept pace with the vision.

Duncan and his team initially brought Owen in to build out their marketing. What emerged was a bigger problem: three silos serving different customers, with no unified thread connecting them. Customer touchpoints were manual, the tech stack was fragmented, and the experience was inconsistent at every turn.

  • Business Segmentation: Worked through Morelly's three verticals: IT, agency, and phone, creating clear delineation around what each offers, who it's for, and how it's sold.

  • CRM & Tech Stack Integration: Migrated from Zoho and a fragmented ~20-app stack to just 1 integrated platform - Growth Machine CRM - ensuring data flows correctly across all three business verticals.

  • Customer Experience Automation: Built automated email sequences (including the "Cyber Security Onboarding Email Series" educational series) so every new client gets a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience.

  • Brand Identity & Content: Took the new brand identity and pushed it live across LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and the website utilising both video and customer focused content to move leads down the sales funnel.

  • SEO-Optimised Website & Onboarding Portal: Designed and built a new SEO-optimised website and a dedicated client onboarding portal, giving every new client a seamless, professional first experience.

  • Sales Coaching: Sat in on live sales calls with Sam and Duncan, coaching in real time using the Growth Machine Conversational Development Framework to sharpen discovery, communication, and close.
