The Goal

From reactive selling to record-breaking growth in under 12 months.

Pronto Marketing is a fast-growing agency with a strong reputation — but by mid-2024, sales growth had hit a ceiling.

CEO Tim K. describes their approach as “more reactive than strategic,” with experiments replacing structured growth.

Expanding the sales team proved challenging, as onboarding new reps like Tom meant stretching incumbent sales rep Adam thin, balancing his own targets with coaching duties.

We also introduced a sales forecasting process in partnership with Head of Marketing, Pierre, linking pipeline insights directly to marketing campaigns — making it easy to spot and fill gaps before they became a problem.
